Shipping Rates

United States Orders

FREE standard shipping on orders over $100 (before tax)

Orders under $100 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

International Orders

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CDT may be processed the next business day.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

We are not liable for:

Incorrect addresses

Misdeliveries due to customer error

If a package is returned due to address issues, reshipping fees will apply.

Signature Requirement

Orders valued at $400 or more may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

If a customer waives signature confirmation (when available), Scentsvent is not responsible for theft or damage after delivery.

Shipping Carrier Delays

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

Insurance & Lost Packages

All claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery confirmation.

For damaged, lost, or stolen packages, we require:

Supporting documentation if requested

Failure to provide required documentation voids claim eligibility.

For packages marked as delivered but not received:

Customers must file a police report if requested

Proof of theft may be required

Once an insurance claim is approved and closed:

We may offer replacement or store credit

Monetary refunds are not issued for approved insurance claims

Shipping Protection Opt-Out

If a customer chooses not to purchase shipping protection at checkout (when available), Scentsvent is not liable for loss, theft, or damage that may occur once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy for Cancellations

Cancellation Charges

General Rule: In cases of cancellations, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges if the order has already shipped.

Exceptions: Even if there were no initial shipping fees connected to the order (e.g., free domestic shipping with $100 and above, or purchases made with Store Credit), the customer will still be held responsible for all shipping charges of returned items.

Canceled Orders: 5% will be charged for any cancelled order not shipped yet. This is to cover transactional / refund fees incurred.

In-Transit Orders: We cannot process claims, refunds, or additional requests once a package is in transit with the carrier.

Free USPS Ground Shipping

Assessment of Shipping Cost: For orders benefiting from Free USPS Ground Shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred will be assessed and deducted from refunds or store credits.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a company error.

Non-Refundable Shipping: All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Company Error Exceptions: If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

USPS Ground Shipping for Domestic Orders Only: Estimated delivery - (5 days) not including weekends.

Orders under the threshold of $0.00–$99.00:

For domestic orders totaling between $0.00 and $99.00, we offer USPS Ground shipping at a cost of $4.99 USD.

Enjoy Free USPS Ground Shipping on all orders over $100.00:

Domestic orders totaling $100.00 and above qualify for free USPS ground shipping.

USPS Ground Shipping Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: This offer is exclusively valid for domestic orders within the United States.

No Coupons Needed: Free shipping applies automatically over $100.

Exclusions: E-Gift Certificates, Gift-Wrapping, handling charges, taxes excluded.

Non-Transferable: Cannot be redeemed for cash or past purchases.

Scentsvent's Return Policy

Return Policy: Our return policy lasts up to 7 days from the date of delivery. We do not offer returns/refunds for any orders outside the US; all international sales will be final.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please review the specific conditions for return eligibility on our website.

Acceptance Criteria

Candle Returns: Returns will only be accepted on candles if the product is not damaged or not used.

Unacceptable Criteria

Cosmetics and Skincare Items: Please note, that we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health and hygiene reasons. Make your selections carefully.

Perfume Atomizers: Perfume Atomizers are Final SALE and cannot be returned.

Final Sale Items: Some of our products are marked as "Final Sale," indicating that these items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase, as we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for final sale items.

Return Shipping

Responsibility for Shipping Handling (SH): Your convenience is important to us. For redelivery and returns, refused customers are responsible for Shipping and Handling (SH) fees unless the situation arises from a Company or Carrier error.

Restocking Fees: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. If the seal is opened or if the product is used, a minimum of 20% restocking fee will apply (subject to increase based on usage).

Inspection and Refund

Refund Issuance: A refund will be issued once products have been inspected and received back into inventory.

Store Credit Option: Customers can also request a store credit instead of a refund, which will be added to your account and never expire.

International Returns

Current Limitation: International Returns are not accepted at this time.

Shortages/Damages Policy

Responsibility Acknowledgment: If an item has been shipped from our warehouse in a damaged or flawed condition, Scentsvent.com accepts 100% responsibility for that item.
